Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 533/2022 of PS Sangam Vihar for offence under Section 308/452/427/506/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

On being pointed out the seriousness of charges of violence, including use of broken bottle and pistol in the assault, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner faces trial.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
