Neeraj Gaur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.7, namely the Receiver appointed in the matter, had informed the court on that date that the Receiver was in the process of taking possession of the subject premises in compliance of order dated 26.09.2023 made by the learned CMM, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi even while the matter was being heard before this court. Mr. Mukul Bhimani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that possession of the subject premises has been duly taken by the Receiver; and accordingly the present petition has become infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
