The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking directions to the respondent No. 2 to immediately submit the Final Forensic Report in FSL Request No. SFSL(DLH)/642/QD/22/24 and to the SHO, Dwarka North to restrain S.I. Rajesh Kumar from unnecessarily harassing and pressurising the petitioner in the name of the investigation.

He submits that the FSL Report has been received in April, 2024 which is inconclusive, wherein it has been stated that more signatures be obtained and referred to the FSL. He further submits that the FSL Report has been submitted before the learned Trial Court by way of Supplementary Chargesheet on 07.09.2024. 6.
Learned counsel on behalf of the complainant submits that though the FIR was registered in 2017, but the petitioner has been evading the investigations and has given his signatures only in 2024. He further submits that with this conduct, the petitioner cannot complain about any delay in the investigations.

Since the Supplementary Chargesheet along with the FSL Report has been filed before the Trial Court which is seized of the matter, no further directions are warranted in the present petition. 9.
Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application is disposed of.
