The instant application is filed on behalf of defendant no.1 seeking recall of order dated 25.04.2025.

The order dated 25.04.2025 reads as under:- "1. Ms. Gurpeet Kaur, learned counsel for plaintiff No.1, and Mr. Noor Alam, learned counsel for LRs of plaintiff No.2 pray for liberty to withdraw the instant suit.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the instant applications stand allowed, and the instant suit stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The date already fixed, stands cancelled." 3.

On a perusal of order dated 25.04.2025 and after hearing learned counsel for defendant no.1, the Court does not find it appropriate to recall order dated 25.04.2025.
