Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of Complaint Case No. 10921/2019 on various grounds stated therein. 2.

On a query, it has been stated that the summons had been issued in the Complaint Case on 13.05.2019 but the Petitioners had been served only on 11.07.2025.

Essentially, it is the Summoning Order, which has to be challenged for which, the Petitioners are at liberty to approach the Court of Sessions in accordance with law.

The Petition alongwith pending Application is accordingly disposed of.
