This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing CBSE to carry out correction of the 10th Class Certificate of the Petitioner to the extent of his date of birth and issue a fresh Certificate. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that fresh Certificate has been issued by CBSE and therefore, the grievance ventilated in the petition stands redressed.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending application.
