After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but as agreed between the parties appellant will get time to vacate the suit premises on or before 30.9.2018. Appellant will ensure that appellant clears all charges towards electricity, water etc as payable for the suit premises.

I may clarify that I have made no observations with respect to merits as to the entitlement of the respondent/plaintiff/landlord towards mesne profits and which is an aspect which is to be decided by the trial court. 3.

Let the appellant file an affidavit of undertaking in this Court of its duly authorised officers supported by power of attorney in favour of the authorized officers
