% 02.04.2019 After some submissions, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent shall be satisfied if the information sought by him at serial No.2 and 3 (page 35) i.e. his marks in the written, typing and interview separately and also his position in the merit list for the post of Senior Assistant are given.

Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel for the petitioner states that if this is limited prayer of the counsel for the respondent, the said information shall be furnished to the respondent within four weeks from today. Noting the above submission made by Mr. Ankur Chhibber, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the impugned order of the CIC be set aside. Ordered accordingly.

The writ petition is disposed of.
