illegally detained by the respondent no. 4.

The Status Report has been handed over across the board. The same be taken on record.

Today, in Court, Ms.A has appeared with her husband Mr. Vikas and his family members. On being queried, she submits that she is a major and that she has solemnized her marriage with Mr.Vikas on 23.01.2025 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. 6.

She also submits that she had left her parental home, on her own volition, on 19.02.2025 and that at present; she is living comfortably in her matrimonial home with her husband and wishes to continue to live with her husband. She has also shown her reluctance to speak to her mother.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition any further, as Ms. A has been located and is residing with her husband of her own volition 8.

No further directions are required to be passed in the present case.
