This is the third application for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 527/2022 under Section 302/304B/498A/34 IPC registered at P.S.Ranhola. 2.

After part submissions, Mr. Binod K. Agrawal, learned, who appears for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. He further prays that the trial court may be directed to expedite the disposal of the case.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the learned trial court to make best possible endeavour to dispose of the case in a most expeditious manner.
