The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) assails the judgement dated 9th June, 2025 passed by the ASJ-05, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

After making some submissions, counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition reserving all his rights to be urged before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
