By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"a. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, North-West District, Rohini Courts, to expeditiously dispose of Execution Petition SHIWANGI V/s VIJAY KUMAR ROHILLA, CASE NO. EX. 80622/2024, filed by the Petitioner, within a time frame as per law.

b. Issue appropriate writ/order/directions in the nature of mandamus directing Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Issue appropriate writ/order/directions in the nature of mandamus and direct the Respondent No. 2 to pay the cost of this petition to the petitioner"

Record reveals that from the last four dates, the Presiding Officer of the Court, dealing with the execution petitions, was on leave and therefore the Link Magistrate had simply adjourned the matter. The next date fixed before the learned Trial Court is 06.11.2025. The learned Trial Court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the execution petition in accordance with law.
