% 07.10.2016 CS(OS) 762/2006 Case file has been received back pursuant to order dated 16.09.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District on the ground that jurisdiction of the present matter falls in South East District, Saket Courts. Learned counsel for plaintiff has also submitted that jurisdiction of the present matter lies in South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi and his other similar matters are pending in the said district. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 16.12.2015 for transfer of the present matter to New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex, Delhi, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter now stands transferred to South East District, Saket Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
