Pursuant to order dated 25.08.2025 passed in the present proceedings, an order dated 02.09.2025 has been passed by the Office of the Collector of Stamps/Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Delhi Cantt.). The said order has been impugned by the petitioner before this Court in W.P.(C) 14448/2025. 2.

As such, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition in view of filing of W.P.(C) 14448/2025. 3.
