This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 15.10.2025.

The application has been filed on the premise that on 15.10.2025 the petition was withdrawn by a counsel who was not authorised to do so. It is averred that due to some inadvertence, the concerned counsel (who was not authorised to appear in this matter) inadvertently withdrew the instant writ petition.

Considering the averments made in the application; the same is allowed. The order dated 15.10.2025 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.

The application stands disposed of.
