Learned for the petitioners/ tenants submits that the affidavit of undertaking in terms of the last order dated 08.09.2025 has since been filed and the same is on record.

Learned counsel for the parties further submit that pursuant thereto the peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has already been handed over by the petitioners/ tenants to the respondent/ landlord on 21.09.2025.

Accordingly, the present petition along with the pending application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the affidavit of undertaking filed in compliance with the last order 08.09.2025, as also the vacant possession of the subject premises has been handed over to the landlord.
