The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:
"(i) Issue notice to the Respondent/Contemner for wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.05.2025, passed by this hon'ble court in Writ Petition {C) No 6335 of 2025.
(ii) Direct immediate compliance of the order dated 13.05.2025 passed by this hon'ble court in Writ Petition (C) No. 6335 of 2025. (iii) Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for wilfully and deliberately disobedience and violating the assurances and undertaking recorded on their behalf before this Hon'ble Court, on basis whereof, orders dated 13.05.2025 were passed by this Hon'ble Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 6335 of 2025.
(iv) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

"6. In light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the DDA shall treat the present writ petition as representation of the petitioner and the same shall be disposed of by a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today.
7. The order so passed shall be communicated to the petitioners, as well as, to their counsel within two weeks thereafter." 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has handed up in Court today a speaking order dated 19.09.2025 passed by DDA in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 13.05.2025, and the same is taken on record.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the petition is dismissed in default and disposed of accordingly.
