After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition.

He, however, seeks waiver of cost which had been imposed upon the petitioner while dismissing his application. As per impugned order dated 17.07.2025, the petitioner herein is imposed with cost of Rs. 5,000/-. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent who appears on advance notice, leaves it to the Court to pass the appropriate order in this regard. 4.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
