considers to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator, without prejudice to the rights of the parties and, without being influenced by the averments in the application.

Having heard learned senior counsel appearing for the parties, and for the reasons that the arbitration proceedings have already substantially progressed, the Court deems it appropriate to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of one year with effect from the date of expiry, i.e., 19.08.2025.

Petition stands disposed of.
