Today the matter was listed for compliance of order dated 26.08.2025, whereby the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of ten days w.e.f. 26.08.2025.

It is submitted that surgery of the petitioner's mother has already been conducted and the petitioner has surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.
