Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the show cause notices have been adjudicated and adjudication orders dated 23/25.01.2024 have been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders have been antedated and could not have been passed in view of the fact that the show cause notice had not been adjudicated within the permissible period.

reserving the right of the petitioner to file fresh petitions impugning the adjudication order and also the validity of the show cause notices. 4.
