% 09.12.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he would be satisfied in the event present writ petition is treated as a representation to the Commissioner, Transport Dept.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the same. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Commissioner, Transport Dept., Govt. of NCT of Delhi to treat the present writ petition as a representation and dispose of the same within twelve weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioners by registered AD post thereafter. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy.
