% 19.01.2016 This is a suit for damages valued at less than Rs. 1 crore. Ld. counsel for parties submit that part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's office which is located at Sarve Priya Vihar which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge District Court (South), Saket, Delhi on 22.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
