% 16.11.2016 The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the Decree Holder has not been able to discover any further assets of the Judgment Debtor and is also not aware of the current whereabouts of the Judgment Debtor. In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the Decree Holder to revive the same as and when the Decree Holder is able to ascertain either assets or the whereabouts of the Judgment Debtor.
