% 23.03.2018 Crl. M.A. No. 5603/2018 (modification) By this application the petitioner had sought modification of the order dated 21st February, 2018 by directing release of the petitioner on parole on his furnishing a personal bond and deposit of a cash surety of ₹4,000/- in lieu of the surety bond of ₹10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Jail.

Issue notice. Learned APP appearing for learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Status report be filed before the next date. Status report will also indicate the orders passed when the petitioner was earlier released on interim bail/parole.
