This petition has been filed by the CBI challenging the order of discharge under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act ('PC Act'). 2.

Mr. Khurana, learned counsel for the Respondent submits that in the meantime, the trial stands concluded and the Respondent has been acquitted for the offence under Section 7 of PC Act and therefore, this petition challenging the order of discharge is rendered infructuous. 3.

The petition alongwith pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
