Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking directions for release of appellant from the illegal detention 2.

The brief facts of the case are that the Petitioner, aged 48 Years, along with his family, was apprehended from Saharanpur, UP, by the Delhi Police. 3.

The Petitioner along with his family was then transferred to FRRO Detention Center, Rohini, where they continue to be detained. 4.

Status report has already been filed.

After hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate judicial remedy before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 6.
