These are petitions filed under section29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of six months to enable the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings and passing of the final Award. 2.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Yadav, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that he has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay. 6.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of six months from 26.08.2025.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
