A Criminal Writ Petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.87/2020 under Section 302/376 IPC registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, Delhi, with the prayer that the trial be directed to be concluded within six months. 2.
It is submitted that the Petitioner had applied for Bail which has been disposed of vide Order dated 29.05.2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by observing that 16 out of 22 Prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the trial is at fag end.
