As per the short affidavit, filed on behalf of the MCD, inspection was made on the subject property and deviations both compoundable and noncompoundable, were noted. 2.

Steps were taken by the architect, for rectification of the deviations and for compounding of the excess coverage which was subsequently done and the completion certificate was issued on 10th May 2024 and a payment of Rs.3,30,400/- was made, towards completion fee and towards compounding.

In view of this compliance affidavit, the petition is disposed of. 4.
