The above two Petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for setting aside impugned Order dated 07.08.2025 passed by learned ASJ-06, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in Bail Matters Nos.1319/2025 and 1320/2025 in FIR No.0206/2025 under Sections 115(2)/ The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

351(3)/64(1)/74/79/3(5) of BNS, registered at PS: Delhi Cantt., whereby Respondent No.2 have been given interim protection from coercive action. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that since 07.08.2025, Respondent No.2 in respective cases have been granted Anticipatory Bail and therefore, present Petitions have become infructuous. 3.

It is further submitted that the Chargesheet has also been filed before the learned Trial Court.

Submissions heard and record perused.

Since interim protection Order already stands merged in the Anticipatory Bail Order, nothing further survives in these two Petitions. 5.

Accordingly, both Petitions along with pending Applications are disposed of.
