The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing FIR No.97/2017 dated 27.04.2017 registered at Police Station Inderpuri for offences under Section 363, 366 & 376 IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

When this Court pointed out that the list of dates is bereft of material facts, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with all the dates along with the relevant documents.
