Pursuant to the matter being referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short, "Centre"], parties have arrived at a settlement qua their inter se disputes.

Thus, under the aegis of the Centre, the Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2024 [in short "SA"] has been drawn up. 3.
The SA bears the signatures of the parties. The signatures of the parties have been identified by their respective counsel.
3. 1 We may note that the SA also bears the signatures of the counsel for the parties as well as the mediator.

We have perused the terms of the SA.

4.1 According to us, the terms contained therein are lawful. 5.
Accordingly, the appeal, as prayed by the counsel for the parties, is disposed of in terms of the SA.

The pending applications shall stand closed.

Consequently, the interim order dated 23.01.2024 shall stand vacated.
