% 28.04.2026 CM APPL. 28404/2026 [Condonation of delay in filling appropriate application for complying with the provisions of Order VI Rule 15A of CPC ] 1.

By way of the present Application, the Appellant seeks condonation of delay of two (02) days in filing an appropriate application for compliance with the provisions of Order VI Rule 15A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as „CPC‟], pursuant to the judgment dated 24.02.2026 passed by this Court.

The Appeal filed by the Appellant was allowed vide judgment dated 24.02.2026, whereby the Appellant was permitted to comply with the requirements of Order VI Rule 15A CPC (relating to verification of each and every page) within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of the judgment.

The present Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of two (02) days in filing the application for such compliance. Keeping in view the averments made in the Application, the period prescribed in the judgment dated 24.02.2026 is extended by one (01) week from today. In the event the Appellant complies within the aforesaid period, such compliance shall be deemed to be compliance with the judgment dated 24.02.2026. 5.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
