The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, is in respect of alleged unauthorised construction at property bearing No. 13/1, Gali No. 2, Onkar Nagar-B, Tri Nagar Delhi-110035. 2.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] has filed a status report dated 23.09.2024 in which the action taken has been enumerated. 3.

Mr. Pushpak Panchal, learned counsel, for the petitioner states that he has also been instructed that MCD has taken the requisite action. 4.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
