The present appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeks the following prayers: - "a) call for the record of Ld. ASJ-2 (Central) Tis Hazari Court of the present case.
b) set aside the impugned Order Dated 05.09.2023 passed by Hon'ble Shri Pawan Singh Rajawat, Ld. A.S.J.- 02,(Central) Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi, in CRN NO DLCT01-012915-2022, Ct.Case 1178/2022 titled as Rajesh Kumar V/S State &Ors dismissing the application of the appellant filed under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C c) Issue necessary directions to the police authorities for registration of FIR and investigation of the matter by the investigation officer to be appointed in accordance with provisions of Rule 10 of the SC/ST (PoA) Rules, 1995.
d) pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in light of the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."
