On 16th July, 2025, it is admitted that the petitioner's representation in respect of the ongoing survey under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2019, was pending consideration. 2.

That being so, we permit the petitioner to appear before the Competent Authority on 15th October, 2025.

The decision taken by the respondents on said the representation be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.
