% 16.03.2026 I.A. 6636/2026 (b/o Petr. to Dispose of the present proceedings in view of the consent Arbitral Award dated 03.09.2025) 1.

The present Application has been jointly filed by the parties for the disposal of the Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in terms of the Arbitral Award dated 03.09.2025 ["Award"] that has been passed in view of the settlement reached between the parties.

The copy of the said Arbitral Award is annexed with the present application as Document No. 1 dated 03.09.2025. 3.

It is noticed that the Memorandum of Settlement dated 24.06.2025, as between the parties and on the basis of which the consent Award came to be passed, has not been placed on record by the parties.

Nonetheless, the parties are represented by their respective learned counsels, and Mr. Birbal Goswami, Petitioner, Mr. Ujjwal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The present Petition, alongwith all pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in I.A. 6636/2026. 7.
