Tribunal by a period of 1 year i.e. upto 31.08.2025 for concluding the arbitral proceedings and passing the final award. 2.

It is stated that in the present case 43 witnesses are to be examined and there were also attempts of reconciliation, hence the delay. 3.

Issue notice.

Ms Tuteja, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that she has no objection to the petitions being allowed. 5.

For the reasons noted above, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay. The petitions are allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 31.08.2025 for concluding the arbitral proceedings and passing the final award.

The period from 31.08.2024 till today stands regularized. 7.

The petitions, along with pending applications, are disposed of accordingly.
