The grievance articulated by Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner is that respondent/DDA is proposing to take action of demolition against the property of present petitioner which has been described in prayer clause (a) of the petition. 2.
On the other hand, Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur, learned counsel appearing on behalf respondent/DDA submits that notices have been given to the residents of the area including the petitioner by way of affixation. 3.
Be that as it may, another copy of the notice has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner which shall be treated as notice to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner in respect of his property described in the prayer. 4.
Let reply to the said notice be given by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today. Thereafter, petitioner shall be afforded a personal hearing by the Deputy Director, Land Management (South Zone-III), Delhi on 03.09.2025.

Petitioner or his authorized representative shall appear for personal hearing on the said date, i.e., 03.09.2025 at 2 PM in the Office Chamber of Deputy Director, (Land Management, South Zone-III), A-308, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023. The Deputy Director will pass a speaking order within a week thereafter and the same will be communicated to petitioner as well as his counsel within one week thereafter. 6.
It is directed that in case the decision taken is against petitioner, no action will be taken against petitioner for a period of two weeks from the date of said decision.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 8.
