Vide order dated 10th November, this Court directed as under: <7. Accordingly, as suggested by Mr. Ojha, Id. SSC, the hearing shall be attended by the officials of DGGI Delhi (HQ); ADG, DGGI, Gurugram Zonal Unit and the CGST Delhi North Commissionerate virtually on 24th November, 2025. The Petitioner is also permitted to appear virtually.

8. It is made clear that if the hearing is not given as directed by this Court, the court shall consider imposing costs on the Department.
