The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of Email dated 21.5.2025 sent by respondent no. 1 to the petitioner, and further seeking extension of seven months time with respect to the contract of the petitioner, in parity with the static units and catering stalls as granted by this Court vide order dated 24th April, 2025 passed in W.P. (C) No. 5233/2025.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the present petition is treated as representation, which ought to be decided by the respondents in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a specified time. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that the present writ petition be treated as a representation by the respondents. The respondents shall hear the petitioner in accordance with the Principles of Natural Justice and pass a speaking order on the representation of the petitioner. 5.
Let the representation of the petitioner be decided in a time bound manner, preferably, within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 7.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
