By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of his application before the trial court for permission to travel abroad which has since been pending for a considerable period of time. Petitioner states that though arguments were addressed on his application, however the application remained pending. He further states that the next date of hearing is 19.02.2024. 2.

In view of the above, it is directed that the learned Trial Court shall make an endeavour to consider the petitioner's application seeking permission to travel abroad filed in CC No.10733/2021 and dispose of the same at the earliest, if not already done.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of the above, along with pending applications.
