% 22.02.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has not disputed the fact that matter stands settled between the petitioner and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, settled amount stands paid.

No Objection Certificate issued by the respondent no.2 has been annexed at page 28. It is noted that matter has been settled before the Special Lok Adalat held on 9th December, 2017. Counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No. 1320/2016 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 and the consequent proceedings are quashed in view of the settlement.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and

respondent no.2 voluntarily, inasmuch as, settled amount stands paid, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
