Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent School submits that after filing of the reply, the respondent-School has confirmed the status of issuance of the Scheduled Caste Certificate. He, therefore, contends that the respondent-School has no difficulty in confirming the admission of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, let the admission of the petitioner be confirmed and all necessary benefits under the extant policy be granted to the petitioner.
