% 24.07.2017 Mr. Sood, ld. counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, states that a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- shall be paid to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 23.9.2013, within two weeks from today. Ld. counsel for the petitioner on his part submits that he has instructions to concede that on the payment so made, the entire claim of the petitioner, to which contempt petition relates, shall stand fully satisfied. In the given situation, ld. counsel for the petitioner, states that the contempt petition is not pressed any further. Should the need arise, he however seeks liberty to revive the instant petition.
Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for.
