% 25.01.2016 This is a suit for declaration valued at less than Rs. 2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at VillageKhaira, Tehsil-Najafgarh which falls under the jurisdiction of District SouthWest, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District South-West, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi on 18.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
