A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for release of the Petitioner on Parole for two months in FIR No.476/2010.

It is submitted that the Petitioner had filed an Application dated 03.06.2025 seeking Parole for two months which has been declined by the Jail Authorities vide Order dated 05.08.2025. Hence, a prayer is made for grant of Parole.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the Petitioner was on furlough from 11.06.2025 to 25.06.2025. His next furlough/Parole can be granted only after a period of one month, and the co-accused Ravinde is on furlough The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. at present, after which the Petitioner is at liberty to move an Application for grant of Furlough/Parole.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is an urgency and special circumstances as the Petitioner has to search a groom for his daughter.

This cannot be termed as an urgent circumstance for his immediate release. Consequently, the Petition is disposed of with the liberty to move an Application afresh, as and when he is entitled to do so. 6.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
