% 09.01.2018 This criminal complaint is filed under section 454(5) & 5(A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to take cognizance of the offences and to punish the accused accordingly. The admitted case is that petitioners No.1 and 3 have expired. Accused No.2 has filed her reply. She has pointed out that she is an old aged lady of 72 years and was never involved in the affairs of the company. She is the wife of accused No.1 and had never signed any documents for the regular business. It is pleaded that she was only a housewife and that she is ready and willing to co-operate with the OL. Learned counsel appearing for accused No.2 has stated that whatever documents were available have been handed over to the OL and no other document is available with her.
