The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner-Bansal Electricals under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking release of the refund of Rs.26,24,968/-, for the fourth quarter of 2016 and from 27th May, 2019 for first quarter 2017 till date, along with the interest. 3.
Submission on behalf of the Petitioner is that the refund orders have already been passed but the refunds have not been granted. 4.
Ms. Urvi Mohan, ld. Counsel for the GNCTD submits that some refund orders have already been given effect to. However, some documents are missing, and, therefore, the Department needs some clarification in respect of those applications which are not yet processed.
